For select artists, BAM Artists provides full management representation.

This is a long-term partnership where we actively manage and grow an artist’s career across music, branding, touring, and partnerships.

Management includes:

• Long-term career strategy

• Touring strategy
• Team building (publicists, agents, etc.)
• Industry introductions and relationships

Compensation is percentage based and tied to revenue.

BAM Artists works hands on with a select number of independent musicians each year through our Artist Development Program. A personalized 3 month mentorship and career strategy program designed to help artists build sustainable, long-term careers.

This program is built for artists who are serious about growth and ready to approach their career with professional strategy, consistency, and intention.

Over the course of three months, we work closely with each artist to refine their sound, brand, release strategy, audience growth, and overall industry positioning while providing real guidance, accountability, and support throughout the process.

• Weekly 1-on-1 strategy calls
• Full career and brand audit
• Release strategy & rollout planning
• Artist branding and positioning guidance
• Distribution and platform strategy
• Content and audience growth planning
• Production and creative guidance
• Industry introductions where appropriate
• Ongoing support and decision guidance
• Optional in-person meetings/show support for Los Angeles artists when available

$1,000 monthly for a 3-month program

Artists who demonstrate strong momentum, professionalism, and alignment may be considered for full management representation with BAM Artists.

BAM Artists does not take ownership of artist masters unless explicitly negotiated separately.

We work with a limited number of artists each quarter to ensure each artist receives personalized attention and support.

• Radio: Nationwide outreach to programmers and DJs, with airplay tracking across stations in the United States and Canada.

• PR & Press: Press releases, interviews, editorial outreach, EPK development, tastemaker pitching, and strategic release campaigns.

• Sync Licensing: Targeted pitching to music supervisors for film, television, trailers, commercials, streaming platforms, and broadcast networks—plus catalog preparation, metadata guidance, strategic introductions, and licensing support.

BAM Artists offers non-clinical sober companion support for musicians who are newly sober, in recovery, or seeking additional accountability while navigating high-pressure industry environments. This service can be discreet and reflects our broader company ethos: prioritizing mental health, personal well-being, and long-term sustainability for artists both on and off the stage.
